By accessing AuctionDekho, creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Platform purpose
AuctionDekho provides discovery, listing and advisory tools for bank and government auction opportunities. Unless expressly stated, AuctionDekho is not the auctioning bank, authorised officer, owner, broker or auction platform, and does not control the final sale process.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorised access. You may not misuse the platform, submit misleading listings, interfere with its operation, scrape protected information or violate applicable law.
Agents and staff must only upload information and documents they are authorised to use.
Listings and due diligence
Listing information may be compiled from public notices, banks, agents or other sources and can change. Users must verify reserve price, EMD, dates, possession, title, dues, property condition and eligibility directly with the auctioning authority before acting.
Fees and third-party services
Any paid advisory engagement or agent incentive is governed by its separately accepted commercial terms. Third-party services and websites are subject to their own terms, availability and policies.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, AuctionDekho is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unverified information, third-party conduct or an auction authority's decisions. We may update the platform and these terms; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
